A resolution designating the following dates for the monthly public Commissioners meetings to be held at 10 Troy Hills Road, Whippany, NJ  07981 at 7:30 p.m., with a working meeting beginning at 7 pm,  until further notice, subject to change.

2025 – April 14, May 12, June 9,  July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8.

2026 – January 12, February 9, and March 9.

A Resolution naming the Daily Record as the official newspaper of the Board for 2025 -2026.

A Resolution naming Nisivoccia, LLP. as the auditor for the Board for 2025 – 2065.

A Resolution naming TD Bank as the official depository of the Board for 2025 – 2026.

A resolution naming Richard Braslow as the attorney of record for the year 2025-2026, to provide legal services to the Commissioners relative to any and all issues presented to the Commissioners pursuant to any of its obligations and responsibilities at a rate of $300 per hour.

A resolution naming Lane Biviano, LLC as the Labor attorney for the year 2025-2026, providing legal services to the Commissioners relative to any and all issues presented regarding labor responsibilities at the rate of $195 per hour for attorneys and $95 for paralegals.
