For over a century, the Whippany Fire Company has been defined by the strength of its community. As we prepare for our 37th Annual Golf Outing on July 15, 2026, we are inviting you to participate in a new tradition that bridges our past and our future.
We are now offering Memorial and Celebration Sign Sponsorships for just $200. While these signs have long been a staple of our “Hole Sponsorships” on the golf course, we realized that many of our supporters wanted a more personal way to contribute.
This year, when you purchase a memorial sign, it doesn’t just stay on the green. To give our sponsors maximum recognition and outreach, these signs will travel with us to our major community milestones throughout the year, including:

“We’ve seen some of our members create beautiful ‘In Memory Of’ signs recently,” says past Chief Joe Cortright. “We wanted to open that opportunity up to everyone. It’s a way to keep the names of our friends and family present at the events they loved to attend, all while helping our volunteers keep the community safe.”
