Update on the Construction of the new Whippany Fire House | Dec 2015

Construction is on schedule and we’ve beat the cold!

Construction of our new Fire House has been in full swing since we started in the beginning of the year. The foundation has been poured, steel has been erected and the masons are working on the brickwork inside and out. The members of the reconstruction committee have been hard at work keeping the project moving and are looking to have the first phase of the project completed in the spring of 2016.

Our members are eager to move into their new state of the art firehouse and have been busy running multiple fundraising events to help make this entire project possible! For the past 100 years our members have been striving to improve the fire company and if you want to get involved, weâ€™re always looking for new members that are 16 years or older. We provide all of the training and gear and this is your chance to help us as we embark on our next 100 years.
